Talentus Global is seeking a Senior Power BI / Power Automate Developer to join our US-based, LATAM-facing team. You will design, build, and deploy BI solutions that empower decision-making for enterprise clients.

You will optimize data models, create automated workflows, and collaborate with data engineers and IT teams across projects, while ensuring data security and governance in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in BI, data analytics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query and report optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including workflow automation and integration with business applications.
• Strong SQL experience with complex queries, joins, stored procedures, data manipulation and optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Science or related field preferred.
• Experience with Power BI Service, deployment pipelines, gateways, data refreshes and security management.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts (star schema, fact/dimension tables) and performance optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Build and optimize Power BI data models with complex relationships and DAX expressions.
• Develop and automate Power Automate solutions and workflows.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including relational databases and cloud platforms.
• Design and implement ETL processes ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, software developers, and IT teams.
