BairesDev is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead analytics initiatives and transform data into strategic insights that drive business decisions. You will design advanced BI solutions, mentor analyst teams, and partner with stakeholders to deliver high-impact analytics.

You will design dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI/Looker, optimize data models, and drive data governance to ensure quality and scalability across the organization.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Strong expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Extensive experience with SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proven ability to lead analytics projects and deliver business value.
• Deep understanding of data visualization, statistical analysis, and business metrics.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop advanced dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using BI platforms.
• Lead data analysis projects to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting strategies and deliver actionable insights.
• Mentor junior and mid-level analysts in BI best practices and analytical techniques.
• Optimize data models, queries, and ETL processes to ensure performance and scalability.
• Drive improvements in data governance, quality standards, and BI processes.
