BairesDev is seeking an experienced BI Analyst to design advanced dashboards and analytics solutions for a global audience. You will lead data analysis initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior analysts to drive impactful insights.

The role emphasizes data modeling, ETL optimization, and governance within a fully remote, client-facing environment. Excellent English required, with opportunities to work across international teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Strong expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Extensive experience with SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proven ability to lead analytics projects and deliver business value.
• Deep understanding of data visualization, statistical analysis, and business metrics.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop advanced dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using BI platforms.
• Lead data analysis projects to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting strategies and deliver actionable insights.
• Mentor junior and mid-level analysts in BI best practices and analytical techniques.
• Optimize data models, queries, and ETL processes to ensure performance and scalability.
• Drive improvements in data governance, quality standards, and BI processes.
