Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Bilingual Technical Support Engineer in Bogota. You will serve as the vital link between clients and technical solutions, delivering first and second-level support in English and Spanish while documenting issues and resolutions.

Ideal candidates have 1-4 years in technical support, strong English, and knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting. The role offers a hybrid schedule in Bogota with 2–3 days on-site per week.

Formación

• 1-4 years of experience in technical support or related role.
• Advanced professional English language skills (written and spoken).
• Bilingual capability in English and Spanish.
• Technical knowledge in networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Bogota (2–3 days per week).

Responsabilidades

• Provide first and second-level technical support to clients in English and Spanish.
• Document support activities and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
