Insight Global is expanding its recruitment team in Latin America to support large RPO projects and North American clients. We seek recruiters with 3+ years in NA recruiting and strong experience with job boards such as ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

Healthcare or engineering recruitment experience is preferred; IT recruiters are welcome. This is an in-office role in Bogotá, requiring 4 days per week onsite collaboration with client facing teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in North American recruiting.
• Fluency with job boards such as ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Healthcare or Engineering recruitment experience; IT recruiters considered.

This team will work on volume recruitment efforts, aide by best in class technology, partnering with the client facing teams in direct to client project work. Individuals should be comfortable recruiting in a structured, fast paced environment where value is placed on candidate and consultant experience, recruitment KPI performance including candidate interviews, submittals to customer, client interviews, hires, and retention.
