Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams, translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

This role focuses on owning backlog, leading integrations with ERP/TMS, and driving end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution. A senior IT background and Agile delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, triage root causes, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specifications.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities.
