Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse ops and IT, transforming complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions. You’ll drive configurations for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active and coordinate with ERP/TMS integrations.

With 10+ years in IT and 6-8 years on Manhattan platforms, you’ll shape the future enterprise software footprint while supporting continuous learning, growth, and flexible work options.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
10+ years IT enterprise app experience.
6-8 years with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
Strong WMS config, SQL, and integration knowledge.
CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

Own backlog and translate needs into epics, user stories, and specs.
Lead technical integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
Design end-to-end flow tests and validate edge cases before UAT.
Act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configs and architecture.
