Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.
In this role, you'll own backlog, lead API integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS, and drive end-to-end testing. The ideal candidate has 10+ years IT experience, 6–8 years with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active, and a CSPO
Qualifications
- 10+ years IT enterprise application experience; 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
- Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, integration standards, and Agile delivery.
- Proven end-to-end testing, root-cause analysis, and stakeholder communication.
- CS/IT/SCM degree; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own backlog and requirements; translate into epics, user stories, and specs for dev teams.
- Lead technical integration: map/evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive comprehensive end-to-end flow testing before UAT.
- Provide system expertise for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations.
