Job summary
Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will own backlog items, translate needs into epics and specs, and coordinate API/EDI integrations with ERP and TMS while ensuring robust testing before UAT.
You will be a subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, shaping configurations and architecture. The role requires 10+ years in IT and a CS/IT/SCM degree, with CSPO or Manhattan cert
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
- 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing before UAT.
- Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
