Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog, translate needs into epics and user stories, and guide development for our warehouse management systems.

You will lead API/EDI integrations with ERP and TMS, drive end-to-end flow testing before UAT, and act as the subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Supply Chain management.
• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL, integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements; translate into epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead API/EDI integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Design and run end-to-end flow testing before UAT.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
