Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams, translating complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will own the backlog, drive API and data interface design, and guide end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution. A strong background in WMS configuration and Agile delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Experience bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs for dev teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map/evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
