Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT development teams. You will translate complex logistics requirements into scalable Manhattan Scale/Active WMS solutions and drive integration with ERP/TMS. Lead testing and serve as SME for WMS configurations.

Bring 10+ years in IT, with 6–8 years on Manhattan platforms, strong SQL and Agile know-how, and a CS/IT/SCM degree (CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred). Based in Mexico with flexible work options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for dev teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: Act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
