Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and development teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities.

You will work with ERP and TMS integrations and ensure robust testing and delivery discipline. The role requires 10+ years in IT, with 6-8 years on Manhattan platforms, strong SQL, and Agile experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integration standards.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics and user stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities.
