Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. This role bridges warehouse operations and technical development, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.
You will own backlog, drive API integrations with ERP/TMS, and lead end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
- 10+ years IT enterprise application experience.
- 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
- Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
- Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
