Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and development by turning complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT enterprise applications with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active.
- Strong WMS configuration, SQL querying, integration standards, and Agile delivery.
- End-to-end flow testing, root-cause triage, and bridging technical/non-technical stakeholders.
- CS degree or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own backlog and requirements; translate needs into epics, stories, and specs for development teams.
- Lead technical integration; map/evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Design and execute end-to-end testing for supply chain edge cases before UAT.
- Provide SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations and architecture.
