Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT development. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will lead integration between WMS and ERP/TMS and drive end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution. With 10+ years in IT and 6–8 years in Manhattan platforms, you’ll guide architecture decisions, configure WMS modules, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and system integration knowledge.
• Experience with Agile delivery and coordinating across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements; translate needs into epics and user stories for development.
• Lead technical integration; map APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive end-to-end flow testing and validate complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations.
