Zusammenfassung

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will bridge warehouse operations and development by turning complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will own backlog, drive API integrations (REST/SOAP, EDI), and lead end-to-end testing while providing expert guidance on WMS configurations. A CS/IT degree and 6–8 years in Manhattan platforms are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 6–8 years experience with Manhattan Scale/Active WMS.
• Experience with system integration standards and Agile delivery.

Aufgaben

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for developers.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: SMEs for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
