Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations with development teams, turning complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You will own the backlog, drive API/EDI integrations, and design end-to-end test scenarios to ensure robust supply chain execution. CSPO or Manhattan certs are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration and system integration standards.
• Proficient SQL querying and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; CSPO/Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements; translate into epics and user stories.
• Lead technical integration across ERP and TMS interfaces.
• Design and execute end-to-end flow testing for complex scenarios.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS.
