Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active capabilities.

Responsibilities include owning backlog, coordinating integrations with ERP/TMS, and ensuring robust end-to-end testing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics and user stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
