Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own the backlog, translate operational needs into actionable epics, and work with development teams on REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces.

You will also design comprehensive end-to-end tests, validate complex supply chain scenarios before UAT, and serve as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities and configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification is a plus.
• Experience with IT enterprise applications and WMS platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS systems.
• Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
