Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will translate operational needs into epics and user stories for development and own the backlog for the WMS program.

In addition, you will map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS, drive end-to-end testing, and serve as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
