Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog, translate needs into epics, and guide integrations between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.

Leverage 10+ years in IT and 6-8 years with Manhattan Scale or Active to drive testing, architecture and configuration, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver robust supply chain solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
