Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will own the backlog, translate operational needs into epics, and guide development teams on WMS configurations and integrations.

You will map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems, and drive comprehensive end-to-end testing to validate complex supply chain scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL, and system integration standards.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between WMS and external systems.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities, configurations, architecture.
