AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality and architecture, leading containerized Python and React apps, integrating AI features while aligning with engineering standards.

You will guide senior engineers, collaborate with DevOps, and shape scalable, maintainable solutions in a fast-moving setting. Remote work with global teams is supported.

Formación

• Extensive experience delivering full-stack solutions with ownership of architecture.
• Proficient in Python with modern frameworks (FastAPI/Flask).
• Strong frontend skills with TypeScript/React and Next.js or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Govern PR reviews to enforce coding standards and prevent spaghetti code.
• Design and deploy containerized apps using REST APIs.
• Integrate AI features and complex logic without disrupting workflows.
• Engage AWS data stack and Kubernetes to align with requirements.
• Collaborate with DevOps and guide senior engineers toward maintainability.
• Lead in ambiguous, fast-moving environments to shape scalable solutions.
