AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will lead the design and deployment of containerized Python and React apps, integrate AI-powered features, and collaborate with DevOps while mentoring senior engineers to maintain long-term maintainability.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with architectural ownership.
• Strong production Python experience (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js or modern state management).
• Comfortable with REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL where needed.
• Docker and PostgreSQL including migrations.
• Data-heavy applications with performance-sensitive queries.
• AWS ecosystem familiarity (S3, Athena, EKS).
• Awareness of DAG-based schedulers like Airflow is a plus.
• Mac/Linux terminal-centric environment comfort.
• Able to define problems in ambiguous contexts and lead solutions.
