AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality and architecture, design containerized Python and React apps, and integrate AI features into an existing platform.

You will lead senior engineers, collaborate with DevOps, and ensure maintainability while thriving in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. Strong English and senior experience required.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js or modern state management).
• Comfortable with REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL when needed.
• Docker and PostgreSQL, including migrations.
• Experience building or maintaining data-heavy applications with performance-focused queries.
• AWS: S3 data lakes, Athena, and Kubernetes concepts; able to discuss DevOps without owning pipelines.
• Ambiguity tolerance: define problems and frame work before solving; strong English (upper-intermediate).

Responsabilidades

• Code Governance: review PRs and enforce code quality standards.
• System Architecture: design and deploy containerized apps with REST APIs.
• Technical Integration: embed AI features and complex logic into the platform.
• AWS Ecosystem Engagement: collaborate with DevOps on data/requirements; not owning analytics pipelines.
• Team Leadership: guide senior developers and align with engineering practices.
