AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality, architecture, and the deployment of containerized Python and React apps, integrating AI features and complex logic into the platform while aligning with engineering standards.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering with architectural ownership.
• Strong production Python experience (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js a plus).
• Comfortable with REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL.
• Docker and PostgreSQL with migrations experience.
• Experience with data-heavy applications and scalable design.
• AWS data lake and EKS/Kubernetes familiarity; pipeline talkative but not owning analytics.
• Familiar with DAG-based orchestration (Airflow) or equivalent.
• Mac/Linux terminal-centric work style; pragmatic with AI-assisted tooling.
• Strong soft skills and ability to work in ambiguity.

• Code Governance: review PRs and enforce quality to avoid spaghetti code.
• System Architecture: design and deploy containerized apps via REST APIs.
• Technical Integration: embed AI features and heavy data logic without disrupting workflows.
• AWS Ecosystem Engagement: collaborate with DevOps on data lake and pipeline needs.
• Team Leadership: guide senior engineers and uphold engineering standards.
