AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality and architecture, lead the design and deployment of containerized Python and React applications, and guide senior engineers while ensuring alignment with engineering standards.

You will collaborate with DevOps, embed AI-powered features, and translate loosely defined needs into scalable, maintainable solutions in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering with architecture ownership.
• Strong Python experience (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Govern code quality and review PRs to prevent spaghetti code.
• Design and deploy containerized apps via REST APIs.
• Integrate AI features and complex logic into the platform.
