AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality and architecture, guiding senior engineers while collaborating with DevOps and ensuring long-term maintainability.

You will design and deploy containerized Python and React applications, embed AI-powered features, and work with AWS/EKS/Kubernetes in a fast-moving environment. Strong ambiguity tolerance is essential.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with architectural ownership.
• Proven production experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Strong TypeScript/React experience (Next.js or modern state management is a plus).
• Comfortable with REST APIs, including migrating from GraphQL where needed.
• Docker and PostgreSQL experience, including migrations.
• Experience building or maintaining data-heavy applications with large payloads.
• AWS: S3-based data lakes, Athena, EKS/Kubernetes familiarity; DevOps collaboration.
• Awareness of DAG-based orchestration (Airflow) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Mac/Linux terminal environments (Bash).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining long-term maintainability.

Responsabilidades

• Code governance: review PRs and enforce code quality standards.
• Design and deploy containerized applications with REST APIs.
• Embed complex logic and AI features into the platform without disrupting workflows.
• Coordinate with DevOps on data pipelines and cloud infrastructure; clarify requirements.
• Guide senior developers and ensure adherence to engineering practices.
