AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to own end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You’ll drive architecture, ship containerized Python and React apps, and embed AI-powered features while aligning with engineering standards.

You will mentor senior engineers, partner with DevOps, and shape solutions in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment to deliver scalable, maintainable systems.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js a plus).
• Comfortable with REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL endpoints.
• Docker and PostgreSQL, including migrations.
• Experience building data-heavy applications with performance needs.
• AWS: S3/Athena; EKS/Kubernetes; data lake familiarity.
• Familiarity with DAG-based orchestration (Airflow) is a plus.
• Mac/Linux terminal-centric work environment; AI-assisted tools usage.
• Comfort with ambiguity and driving solutions end-to-end.
