AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality and architecture, lead the design and deployment of containerized Python and React applications, and guide senior engineers while aligning with standards for long-term maintainability.

You will collaborate with DevOps, embed AI-powered features, and ensure data-heavy workflows integrate smoothly with existing platforms.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python using FastAPI or Flask.
• Solid experience with TypeScript and React; Next.js knowledge a plus.
• Experience designing REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL endpoints.
• Hands-on Docker and PostgreSQL, including migrations.
• Experience building data-heavy applications with large payloads.
• Familiar with object-storage data lakes (S3) and serversless query engines (Athena) and with Kubernetes (EKS).
• Awareness of DAG-based orchestration (Airflow) and ability to learn quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Review PRs and enforce code quality.

• Embed AI features and complex logic without disrupting workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps and clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
• Define requirements for data pipelines feeding the application.
