AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality, architecture, and guide senior engineers while ensuring maintainability in a fast-moving environment.

You will design containerized Python and React applications, integrate AI-powered features, collaborate with DevOps, and align solutions with established engineering standards.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering with architectural ownership.
• Strong Python experience with FastAPI or Flask.
• Solid TS/React experience with Next.js or modern state management.
• Experience with REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL when needed.
• Docker and PostgreSQL, including migrations.
• Experience building data-heavy applications with large payloads.
• AWS data lake, Kubernetes, and serverless concepts familiarity.
• Ability to work in Mac/Linux terminal environments.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools with sound judgment.
• Strong communication and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Upper-intermediate English.
