Sur Global is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support hiring and onboarding in a fast-growing startup. You will coordinate interviews, handle candidate communications, generate offers, and manage data in Rippling while ensuring a smooth candidate and employee experience.

The role emphasizes building processes in an evolving environment, with strong English skills, organization, and collaboration with People Operations.

Formación

• 2–3 years in recruiting coordination or HR support.
• Ability to source candidates directly, not only screen applicants.
• Fluent or near-native English, written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with HR systems like Rippling and Canva.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate interviews and manage communications with candidates and stakeholders.
• Generate offer letters, initiate background checks, and update HR systems such as Rippling.
• Organize onboarding, maintain employee records, and support offboarding processes.
• Plan team activities and communicate milestones.
