Yamu is seeking a Talent Recruiter to join our remote-first team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of recruiting experience, including roles in marketing or digital agencies.

Your responsibilities will include recruiting for various positions, managing the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring a great candidate experience. Candidates need experience in hiring for the US market and familiarity with AI tools in recruiting workflows.

The position offers a starting salary of $2,000 per month with opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding company.

Formación

• At least 3 years total recruiting experience, with 1 year in marketing or digital agency roles.
• Experience hiring for the US market with international recruiting exposure.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment and various sourcing techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Own sourcing across platforms like LinkedIn and Upwork.
• Conduct screening calls and coordinate technical tests.
• Provide updates to candidates and report pipeline activity.
