Appspringtech is seeking a warm, process-oriented Recruiter to drive our tech hiring processes and support day-to-day HR workflows in Colombia and across Latin America.

You will manage full-lifecycle recruiting for software engineers, designers, and administrative roles, source passive engineering talent, and coordinate onboarding experiences and hardware setups to ensure a smooth start for new hires. English fluency and ATS proficiency are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, sourcing and screening software developers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening capabilities.
• Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment sourcing platforms.
• Highly structured approach to interview tracking and applicant documentation.
• Excellent conversational English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting pipelines for software engineering, design, and administrative roles.
• Source passive engineering talent in Colombia and Latin America using LinkedIn and developer networks.
• Screen candidate profiles, conduct HR culture-fit interviews, and coordinate engineering tests.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding experiences, hardware setups, and welcome packages.
• Support internal culture initiatives, team-building events, and developer happiness checks.
