Formación

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, focusing on senior roles.
• Proven ability to recruit complex technical positions in software engineering and DevOps.
• Solid understanding of modern software architectures and hosting technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for senior technical roles.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring strategies and workforce planning.
• Source and engage candidates with strong experience in relevant programming languages.
