Appspring Tech in Colombia is seeking a warm, process-oriented Recruiter to drive our tech hiring pipelines and support day-to-day HR workflows. You will manage full-lifecycle recruitment for software engineers, designers, and admin roles, sourcing passive talent across Colombia and Latin America through LinkedIn and developer networks.
You will screen profiles, conduct culture-fit interviews, coordinate engineering tests, and help onboard new hires with hardware setups and welcome packages.
Formación
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, sourcing and screening software developers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening capabilities.
- Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment sourcing platforms.
Responsabilidades
- Manage full-lifecycle recruiting pipelines for software engineering, design, and administrative roles.
- Source passive engineering talent in Colombia and Latin America using LinkedIn and developer networks.
- Screen candidate profiles, conduct HR culture-fit interviews, and coordinate engineering tests.
