Job summary

Formulated Automation is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to act as a strategic recruiter and talent advisor, shaping roles, intake conversations, and strong partnerships with hiring managers. The role emphasizes quality of hire, structured processes, and a modern, AI-enabled approach to sourcing.

You will guide end-to-end recruitment, design and calibrate interview processes, and contribute to onboarding and early-tenure experiences while championing the company culture and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including exposure to a mix of permanent, contingent, and temporary roles.
• Experience recruiting in a digital/technology-driven environment and familiarity with engineering/technical roles.
• Strong consulting/agency background is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute customized recruitment plans and creative sourcing strategies.

• Strategic Sourcing & Full-Cycle Recruiting across various employment types.
• Pipeline Building to ensure evergreen talent for rapid deployment.
• Employer Branding to promote the company's brand to candidates.
• Candidate Experience to provide a professional, respectful experience for all candidates.
• Offer Management coordinating with hiring managers, HR and Finance.
• Stakeholder Advisory & Process Management to improve intake conversations and role definitions.
• Role Design & Intake shaping roles with rigorous discussions and alignment.
• Strategic Partnership & Pushback with hiring managers on unclear job requisitions and timelines.
• Interview Coaching & Fair Evaluation ensuring unbiased, structured feedback.
• Run the Process by setting up interview loops, scorecards, and timelines.
• Process Improvement across requisitions, scheduling, ATS workflows and offers.
• Recruitment Innovation, Systems & Reporting including new tools and vendor management.
• AI & Modern Tooling to automate sourcing and communications.
• Data-Driven Execution & System Transition in Deel-based HR and upcoming ATS transition.
• Onboarding & Early-Tenure Experience program direction and structured integration.
