Execviva is seeking a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for Executive Assistants and Coordinators in a remote LATAM setup. You will drive pipelines, improve candidate experiences, and leverage AI to streamline processes.

The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and offers growth in a fast-paced, async environment. You should have 1+ year in a People role, strong English, and a proactive mindset to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a People role (Talent Acquisition, People Ops, HR, or related).
• Able to improve processes and workflows used by teams.
• Candidate experience is a priority; you focus on a thoughtful journey.
• Fluent in English (C1/C2) for written and spoken communication.
• Curious about AI and automation; you explore tools to improve tasks.
• You communicate clearly and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Typing at 40+ words per minute and a record of steady employment.

Responsabilités

• Drive the Executive Assistant and Recruiting Coordinator pipelines from start to finish.
• Provide regular, clear updates to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accuracy of the ATS and recruitment tools to reflect current status.
• Apply AI and automation insights to streamline hiring processes.
• Share ideas and help set strategy and next steps with the TA team.
