Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or in-house recruitment.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders within complex environments.
• Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines.
• Strong consultative and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate recruitment data into actionable insights.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition contact for an assigned client account or project.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR leaders.
• Provide market insights and consultative recommendations for workforce planning.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activity for critical roles.
• Monitor pipelines, metrics, and time-to-fill; drive improvements.
• Coach and mentor recruiting team members to raise performance.
