Responsibilities

• Review applications and interview candidates to gather work history, education, training, and salary requirements
• Source candidates using social networks, traditional networking, searches, and referrals
• Ensure staffing needs are met with a strong candidate pipeline
• Coordinate start dates after hiring requests
• Screen candidates and schedule in-person interviews
• Maintain ATS (JazzHR, Mettl) and respond to candidates promptly
• Conduct background and reference checks
• Exercise discretion and judgment in HR matters and policy interpretation
• Perform other duties as assigned
