Formulated Automation is seeking a Lead Talent Partner in Medellín to drive strategic recruitment across permanent, contract, and temporary roles. You will design intake conversations, shape role definitions, and build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, HR, and Finance to ensure high-quality hires and a smooth process.

You will champion employer branding, coach interview teams, optimize ATS usage, and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while leveraging modern tools

Formación

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across permanent, contractor, and temporary roles.
• Experience recruiting in digital/technology-driven environments with engineering and tech role knowledge.
• Consulting or agency background is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to design customized recruitment plans and creative sourcing strategies.
• Self-starter with strong relationship-building and focus on quality of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic sourcing and full-cycle recruiting across multiple employment types.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines to enable rapid deployment when needs arise.
• Champion employer brand to attract candidates and maintain a positive experience.
• Coach hiring managers on job definitions, interview practices, and fair evaluation.
• Lead offer negotiations and coordinate with HR and Finance on start dates.
• Improve end-to-end recruitment processes and automate where possible.
• Manage vendors and assess new hiring tools for better results.
• Drive data-driven reporting on time-to-fill, pipeline health, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Oversee onboarding and early-tenure programs to ensure smooth transitions.
