You will partner with Recruitment, Engineering, and HR teams, manage candidate pipelines, and craft high-quality resumes. Candidates should have strong ERP integration experience, familiarity with product management tools like Jira and Confluence, and at least 4 years in a SaaS environment. Formación

• Strong experience with ERP integrations (APIs, middleware, data mapping).
• Upper-intermediate English level.
• 4+ years of experience in software business analysis and product management in a SaaS company.

Responsabilidades

• Support and optimize the hiring process with Recruitment, Engineering, and HR teams.
• Manage candidate pipelines and conduct screenings.
• Craft high-quality resumes while aligning talent with business needs.
