Lean Tech in Medellín, Colombia, is seeking a Placement Manager II to link top talent with strategic opportunities. You will support client success, manage requisitions, review job descriptions, and align candidate profiles with customer needs while collaborating with the recruitment team.

You will coordinate interviews, maintain CRM/ERPs, ensure SLAs, and monitor delivery of equipment and costs. English communication is essential, and prior sales/recruitment experience is a plus.

Formación

• English proficiency (B2–C1) required.
• 1+ years in sales, recruitment, or customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with software development terminology is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the training and mentorship of Placement Managers I toward the success of Placement Operations.
• Keep customer communication updated with prompt responses and solutions.
• Review job descriptions and requisitions to refine responsibilities affecting recruitment.
