Blacksmith Agency seeks a Search Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing brands. You’ll lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, define budgets, roadmaps and narrative for clients, and act as the strategic voice on calls with US-based clients.

You bring 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a track record of ROAS/CPA improvements, agency multi-client exposure, and clear English on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, campaigns built and optimized.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with client examples.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and campaign termination.
• Conversion tracking setup with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps and narrate numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
