Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative on performance, acting as the strategic voice in client meetings.

You bring 3+ years with Google Ads and Meta, a proven ROAS/CPA track record, agency experience, and fluent English for live client calls. This remote role serves US, Canada, Latin America and other regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads, campaigns built and optimized by you.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience with multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your client books.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, testing, and campaign termination decisions.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps; narrate numbers on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
