The role requires strategic thinking and decisive calls. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with emphasis on performance improvements, budget optimization, and measurement integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrative for client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
