Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for a roster of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will manage targeting, budgeting, roadmaps and narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation and testing, ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels, and produce 90-day roadmaps

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements and ability to discuss numbers.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Define 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
