Blacksmith Agency is a remote-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing brands. You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, drive budget decisions, and shape client narratives on calls.

You bring 3+ years hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns, a proven ROAS/CPA track record, agency exposure across multiple clients, and clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvement track record
• Agency experience across multiple clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing
• Conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels
• 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and the story behind the numbers in calls
• Account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships
