Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape strategy, budgets, and narrative on calls with clients, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, test creatives, track conversions with GA4 and Tag Manager, and craft a 90-day roadmap for each account.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.

Responsabilidades

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
